That's the point of the funnel — and it's why the Playbook link out-earns the Founders link even though the Playbook itself pays you nothing.

So: send people to the leak calculator and the Playbook. Let the nurture sequence do the work. The seat closes on our call, months later, and it still credits you.

One product pays: a Founders All Access seat. It's $3,997/mo, you earn 30% of it every month for twelve months, and that's $14,389.20 a seat. Same rate for every partner, whether it's your first seat or your sixth. No tier ladder, no volume bonus.

A seat has to survive its first month before it earns you anything. The first payment is a qualifying month at $0; your twelve paid months run from their second payment through their thirteenth. You still earn the full $14,389.20 — you just start a month later.

We do this because the alternative is worse for you. If we paid from day one, a referral who refunded in week three would show up in your ledger as a commission and then a clawback — money you'd already counted, taken back. This way a first-month refund simply never happens to you. Nothing accrues, nothing reverses, and there's no conversation to have.

Nothing else in the ecosystem pays a commission. Not MedSpaOS subscriptions, not the Playbook, not the Academy or the Marketplace. Those are our upsell, and they're also the machine that turns a stranger you sent into someone who will sit on a Founders call. You feed the top; we work the middle; you get paid at the bottom.

That's a real trade-off and you should weigh it honestly: if you send us fifty practices and none take a seat, you earn nothing. If one of them does, you earn more than most affiliate programs pay for fifty.

There are 30 Founders seats in total, across every partner. It is a finite program and we'd rather you knew that on day one than discovered it in month six.

A click on your link sets a 60-day cookie. If that person signs up for anything in the ecosystem inside 60 days, it's your referral — last partner touch wins. If they book a demo inside the window, the referral holds until the demo closes, even past day 60. The 12-month commission clock starts at the account's first payment, not at the click.

Every commission sits in a 30-day hold covering the refund window, then clears. Cleared balance is paid on the 15th of the following month, minimum $100. Refunds, chargebacks, and self-referrals reverse and net against your next statement. Nothing already paid is clawed back.

Partners are independent contractors, not employees — you're responsible for your own taxes. Before your first payout you complete a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US) through Stripe Connect; we can't pay you without one, and a missing or invalid form triggers the IRS's 24% backup withholding. Any US partner we pay $600 or more in a calendar year gets a 1099-NEC by January 31 of the following year. We report what we pay; what you owe on it is between you and your accountant.

Any of these voids unpaid commission on the affected referrals. We'll talk to you first — this has never been a gotcha program.

You will never receive patient data through this program. Referral reporting is limited to the practice, the product, and the money. If a prospect sends you anything that looks like patient information, don't forward it to us — tell them to bring it to the demo call.

If we change rates, existing referrals keep the rate they were earning for their full 12 months. We'll give 30 days' notice before anything changes for new referrals.
