What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, and (optionally) practice name — when you unlock the Playbook, submit a contact form, join the newsletter, or apply to the Founders Program.
- Message content you include in contact forms.
- Local preferences: reading progress, saved items, and demo state stored in your own browser (localStorage). This data stays on your device — we do not receive it.
We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not collect health information. Our demo pages use fictional practice data.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for — Playbook chapters, replies to inquiries, newsletter issues, Founders Program review.
- To send occasional operator-focused content from Med Spa Hackers. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored with Supabase (a database provider) in the United States, restricted so that website visitors can write but never read the data. Our website hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from email at any time via the link in any message.
- Request a copy or deletion of your information by contacting us — we will act within 30 days.
- Clear your browser’s localStorage to remove on-device preferences.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date above and note the change on this page.
